15 Days Notice

By filling out and signing the form below, you hereby give notice that you will VACATE your Storage Unit at VALLEY STORAGE, on the date you specify in the form.  If not you may be liable for additional rent and/or late fees. You also understand that you are responsible for removing all contents from your unit including your lock and having unit broom clean.  Any property left in the Storage Unit after the date given below will be deemed ABANDONED; and after said date, Landlord may remove any lock from Storage Unit and dispose of the contents thereof without notice or liability to the Tenant.
