Our office will be closed December 25, 2023 to observe Christmas day. Also, our office will be closed January 1, 2024 to observe the New Year. You will still be able to access your storage unit during normal gate hours.
Notice for Rate Increase.
Valley Storage has been around for over 40 years. We were one of the first storage facilities in the area. We have always strived to provide a great experience for our tenants by giving them a place to store their goods and by keeping our prices low. As you may be aware we have added many new features to keep your valuables safe and protected. Some of these improvements include a fence with a security gate and security cameras to monitor your units 24 hrs a day.
To help cover some of the cost of these improvements on our facility as well as our basic maintenance and operations we will be raising our rates. This will be our first rate increase ever in our 40-year history.
After much thought and consideration, we feel it will be best to proceed with this price increase over a 3-year period. Beginning January of 2024 and then again in January of 2025 and 2026 we will be raising our monthly rates $10.00-15.00 depending on the size of the unit. A breakdown of the new rates are shown in the table below.

New Customers will be at the higher rate on January 1, 2024, small unit $60.00, large unit $95.00.
